Boltless Structural Steel Pallet Rack

Quicktier holds up to 31,000 pounds, while Utilitier holds up to 68,000 pounds.

Two lines of boltless structural steel pallet rack are offered: Quicktier holds up to 31,000 pounds, while Utilitier holds up to 68,000 pounds. Compatible with automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), both rack systems feature allwelded steel construction, welded load bearing plates with floor anchors, structural channel columns and load beams for enhanced strength over roll-form style racking. No special tools are required for assembly. To prevent accidental disengagement of beams, the Quicktier’s boltless beam connector includes an integral lock, and the Utilitier’s beams lock to upright with special spring clips.
